The company responsible for your information under this policy is Sleepless Games Studios LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States (“Sleepless Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you want to reach us about your data, use the contact page.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you marketing communications (with your consent)

8. Tron OS Remote (Mobile App)

The Tron OS Remote Android app (package co.sleeplessgames.tronos) is a companion that pairs with a Tron OS server you host yourself. Here is what it handles:

• Install ID (diagnostics): if you opt in to diagnostics, the app creates a random installation ID and sends basic app-health data to the Tron OS server you pair with. This is off unless you turn it on, and it goes to your own server — not to us or any third party.
• Notification token: to deliver push notifications, the app registers a device push token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Google acts only as the delivery transport; no personal data is attached.
• Device pairing: the app connects to your Tron OS server using a device key you approve. Your workspace, chats, and history live on your own server, not with us.
• Microphone: used only when you start voice input to talk to your agents. Audio is sent to your paired server for transcription; it is not recorded in the background.

The app contains no ads and no in-app purchases. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Because Tron OS is self-hosted, you control your data: you can unpair the device in the app at any time, and manage or delete data on your own server. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on our Account & Data Deletion page. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Supporter rewards

If you support us on Patreon or pledge on this site, we keep a small record so your rewards work in both places and so we know who can be in the credits. Here's exactly what that is.

From Patreon (when your Patreon is linked to your Sleepless account, or your Patreon email matches it): your Patreon user ID, your member email and whether Patreon has verified it, your pledge status, amount and tier, when your pledge started, your lifetime support, and your last and next charge dates. We never receive your card details or your full name from Patreon.

From pledges on this site: your tier, how often you're billed, the amounts, and the dates of each billing period. Your payment details are held by the payment provider, not by us. (Pledging on this site isn't open yet.)

Discord: if you link Discord, we store your Discord user ID and the roles we manage for you on our server.

Credits: the name you choose for the credits. It's only published if you opt in, and you can remove it any time.

Why: to give you your rewards whether you pledge on Patreon or here, and to decide who qualifies for the credits.

How long we keep it:

• Patreon roster records are deleted 90 days after you leave our Patreon.
• Your rewards history is kept while your Sleepless account exists and is deleted with it.
• If you opt out of the credits, your name is removed from the next credits refresh. Game builds that have already shipped keep the list that was baked in when they were packaged.

We only read from Patreon. We never post on Patreon for you or change your pledge.
